Background: Claudia is an elf girl artificially created by a team of scientists. She was intended to have many special powers but doesn't seem to have any save the ability to trick people with illusions. A crybaby and a bit of a coward, she relies on her friends to rescue her from whatever trouble she finds herself in. In spite of her weaknesses she is very curious about the world around her. She hopes to someday discover the reason why her creation was a failure.

Comments: Elf dolls are hard to paint! I don't think I had that hard of a time painting this one, though, aside from the fact that yellow paint doesn't cover well. ^o^ The Noix de Rome elf head has a big forehead and it really does need bangs to balance it. I know I said it before, but again I'm struck by this mold's similarity to the Volks B-type head. I wouldn't mind painting one of those as a change of pace. I knoooow, I have a commercial doll named Claudia but I've been trying to listen more to the voices in my head lately and there was something about this girl that said "Call me Claudia!" Um...sure. ^_^

NDR did a crappy job rooting this head. Claudia-chan's hair is a bit too thin for my liking, but I guess that's okay. It's nice to have a doll with the Dynamite Body because she's guaranteed to fit into Azone outfits. If only that Shinsengumi Girly-type Outfit would hurry up and arrive!
