Background:  Kaede is the girlfriend of Orange Pekoe's older brother and has been living with their family for seven years.  She is feminine, cultured, polite and soft-spoken.  She claims to have traveled around the world before she moved in with Orange Pekoe's family, and can speak several foreign languages.  She and Orange Pekoe had been on friendly terms up until a particular incident that took place 6 months ago.  Now, Orange Pekoe is convinced that Kaede is a witch.

Comments:  HA!  I repainted her twice before I mustered up the courage to post her here. I had such a hard time painting this head!

I gave her sausage curls because I thought they'd be an interesting contrast with her more adult-looking face mold. I figured that if I had a hard time warming up to a doll, the best thing I could do was to repaint her with pink eyes ^o^! Her dress is by Azone; it came with the Sahra: Light and Light book.  I love it!   The book was kind of flimsy (nice photography, but it was way too small!) but I think it was worth it for the dress.  It reminds me of something a 1940's movie star would wear.  If only they sold it separately!

I wanna go on an Azone shopping spree....;_;....

For some reason, the only color eyeliner I want to paint is white.   What other color would be good? ^_^
