Background:  Urara is a pleasant young woman who works part-time in a florist shop while attending graduate school.  Her specialty is flower-arranging, which some say she can do better than her superiors.  Everyone likes to have her around because she is easy to talk to and very popular with customers.   She is pursuing a degree in folk literature and has plans to become a teacher, but she wonders if she'd be happier staying at the florist shop.

Comments:  My first SH-11 head ^o^! Kristen says that once you paint one of these heads, you won't want to stop, and I think she's right.   Even just out of the box, faceless and bald as a boiled egg, it's lovely.  It reminds me of Jenny 18....it's the "Real Asian Small Face!"

I based Urara's coloring on a picture in a flower catalogue.  Yes, nature can think up some strange color combinations ^^!  The SH-11 head took me 2 days to root with the needle-knot method.  I used leftover dark purple hair from Kei and Aira and a little more than half a package of Volks black-brown hair.  It goes to show you that you CAN root an entire head with one package of Volks hair--it just has to be an SH-11 head ^o^!  Or maybe a mini F head....

As you can see from the picture, Urara doesn't have pupils.  Sorry, I didn't have room >_<!  Her eyes are green with yellow highlights.  Her lips were fun to paint. ^___^  I painted the entire mouth in medium magenta tinted with a little titanium white, painted over the center of her lower lip in light magenta, and painted wisteria (purple) in the crease.  What do you think? *^_^*
